Welcome to a family business that has been developing and manufacturing high-quality wooden furniture in the town of Huskvarna for the past four generations. Furniture of character, that looks just as stunning in public spaces as it does in your home. It was in 1898 that a cabinet-maker from Berghem started making furniture for his friends and neighbours on the shores of Lake Vattern. Today, more than a hundred years later, we continue to produce furniture that reflects the skill and precision of craftsmen. These days, however, our furniture is factory made in series that are sold worldwide.
In 1940, we took our first steps as a woodworking shop in Kariya, in the suburbs of Nagoya. Since then, we have been committed to our love of trees and have steadfastly provided fine quality wooden furniture. Widely recognized for our stance on furniture making based on its Quality First philosophy, by 1972 we had grown into the No. 1 wooden furniture maker in Japan in terms of domestic sales.
In just twenty years we have become the landmark manufacturer of designer furniture in Italy. The company had an unconventional start in 1987 with its very first collection of items by young designers - first-timers on the industrial production scene. Our innate capacity for innovation, combined with excellence of product function and form, led to rapid growth on national and international markets.
